1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged or defective.

The item received is incorrect or does not match the order.

The product is lost in transit and not delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Product returned without prior approval.

Product is used, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse.

Customized or special order items unless defective.

It must be securely packed in original packaging.

The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the fault is on our end.
